Why choose Kinesiology?

Do you need more balance in your life, do you feel tired all the time or suffer with a health issue that you just cannot shift?  Systematic Kinesiology helps to re-balance the whole person, which as a result can offer you support through a wide range of complaints. Using this modality, Isabelle can help you achieve your goals, improve your motivation and boost your energy and immune system, using the same tools she has successfully used for herself and others.

Stumbling across Systematic Kinesiology via a colleague, Isabelle noticed the benefits immediately, even after her first “balance”, she felt more energized, focused and motivated than ever before. So profound were the improvements she experienced in her health & well-being, she decided she must train as a Kinesiologist, so she could help others achieve balanced health.

The practical tools gained from this qualification  allowed her to observe that many people are suffering from stress, burnout, digestive problems, back pain as well as other issues, whilst continuing their professional careers, her  concerns lead her realise how such a lifestyle could lead to more serious health issues.

Isabelle loves to help people create more balance and well-being in their daily lives, allowing them to cope with the heavy schedules that are now the norm for so many.

What is Kinesiology?

Systematic Kinesiology is a natural healthcare system which uses gentle muscle testing to evaluate many functions of the body in the structural, chemical, emotional & energetical realms.

Finding Imbalances with the muscle test:

The muscle test is the ability to hold the muscle against a light pressure from the practitioner. Muscle testing enables analysis which detects minor functional imbalances.  Once an imbalance has been found, the kinesiologist uses further muscle tests to see what factors are aggravating the imbalance, and what will help to re-balance it. Minor imbalances when not corrected, can accumulate and lead to more serious health issues.

Truly holistic treatment:
Based on this feedback, the kinesiologist and the client can investigate and discover together what factors are relevant to the imbalance and a treatment plan is devised. This may include nutritional supplements, techniques for emotional stress release, Bach flower remedies, acupressure, gentle structural realignment, chakra balancing, massage of reflex points, as well as lifestyle changes. The treatment you receive depends on the feedback your body gives through the muscle test and about what it needs to return to health.

There is no guess work with Systematic Kinesiology

How many sessions?
Kinesiology treats each person individual, and therefore the number of sessions will depend on you as a person, your complaint and how fully you participate in your own treatment, i.e. making the suggested lifestyle and dietary changes that often form part of your treatment plan. Usually, however, most people feel an improvement in 3 to 6 visits. It is then recommended that you have routine balances 2 or 3 times per year for maintenance.
