
I enjoyed doing Pilates myself as it helped me overcome my back pain, and regain strength in my core. My posture has improved and I used the principles of Pilates in my work as a personal trainer. I then decided to get the necessary qualifications to teach Stott Pilates and I have been teaching this for nearly two years now.
I am also qualified to teach pre & post natal exercise where I work with women to help build abdominal strength and relieve back pain from pregnancy.
