An Afternoon of Mindfulness, Meditation and Relaxation with Liz Smith

This is a perfect opportunity to be introduced to the practice and my style of teaching or to refresh or deepen a pre-existing practice with like-minded people.

The afternoon will comprise:

- A guided sitting meditation as taught by Zen Master Julian Daizan

- Skinner: Healing with the soft ointment meditation;

- Walking meditation;

- 8 Zen Temple exercises;

- Deep relaxation;

- Traditional Tea ceremony with the Great Bell Chant and Dharma Sharing;

- Singing from Plum Village
