Ayurveda balances the mind, body and spirit and has many health benefits. These include improved digestion, improved sleep quality, reduction of stress and anxiety and boosting of the immune system. The beauty of Ayurveda is how each person is treated on a very individual level and offers a holistic approach to health, with emphasis on natural remedies, lifestyle changes and a suitably healthy diet.

After many years working with people suffering with a variety of issues, I came to the understanding that conventional medicine is very much focused on treating the symptoms but rarely addresses the cause. This led me towards Ayurveda, one of the worlds oldest healing medical systems and which places great emphasis on prevention of dis-ease by taking into account many factors of a persons life. I have found that people are increasingly keen to seek alternative, or complimentary therapies to Western medicine and it is exciting that there is a growing interest in holistic practices. One condition may have many causes or one cause can have many conditions.

I am passionate about helping people find the balance to feel their very best, first consultations will be at a relaxed pace and last approximately 90 minutes. An extensive personal and medical history will be taken and physical and mental health, including diet and lifestyle, sleep patterns, relationships and stress will be discussed. Following this, recommendations will be made which may include herbal remedies/oils.
