As most of you will be aware Shambhala took part in the Rayleigh babyexpo last month and had an extremely positive response.
The organisers are running another event but this time in our very own town! The event is on Saturday December 10th at Leigh community centre in Elm Road. Find out more at their website: http://ukbabyexpos.com/
We have also booked a stand at ‘The Winter Wonderland Event‘ at Garons in Eastern Avenue, Southend-on-Sea, on Saturday and Sunday 3rd & 4th December.

We will be promoting the studio, as well as the therapies and classes that we offer for pregnant mums, babies and children.
Shambhala will also be running two demonstrations on each day at 11am and 4.30pm.
