After the success of this year’s Zen Mindfulness Meditation courses, Liz Smith will be running more in 2012.
The techniques taught are based upon a two and a half thousand year old zen tradition and are subject to modern scientific testing.
Each course will cover meditation practices and teachings that promote health, well-being and vitality, as well as practices that lead to profoundly expanded consciousness.
The next course Meditation and Mindfulness for Wellbeing is aimed at individuals and organisations requiring a non-spiritual programme that provides stress-relief, well-being and problem-solving.
The course runs on Sundays – 19:00-20:30
8th of January – 26th February 2012
The course costs £150.00 inclusive of tuition, a meditation journal and 2-CD set of guided meditations for Well-being by Zen Master Julian Daizan Skinner(£15.00 non-refundable deposit to reserve a place + £135.00 payable on the first day)
