Yoga For Health, Felicity Kendall and Strictly Come Dancing

According to the Evening Standard, Christine Fryer celebrated her 95th birthday back in October and, after seeing 64-year-old Felicity Kendall’s splits on Strictly Come Dancing, claims to be even more supple, thanks to a fitness regime that includes yoga, swimming and the gym.

When questioned by The Times Online as to how she maintains her lithe, gamine figure, Felicity Kendall revealed the secret of her fitness regime:

“I do weights and cardio three times a week, along with hatha yoga. If I don’t do it, I feel stiff.”
