An Evening of Mindfulness, Meditation and Relaxation with Liz Smith

This is a perfect opportunity to be introduced to the practice and my style of teaching or to refresh or deepen a pre-existing practice with like-minded people. The evening will comprise: guided sitting meditation;

■ Walking meditation;

■ Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh’s 10 mindful movements;

■ Body scan meditation;

■ Traditional Tea ceremony and incense offering;

■ Chanting
