New Yoga and Pilates Classes

Shambhala Studios are pleased to announce two new Yoga For Beginners classes:

Friday evenings: 8pm – 9pm
Saturday mornings: 9am – 10am

There is also a Dynamic Yoga class

Saturday mornings: 10.15am – 11.45am

And, due to popular demand, we have added a new day-time Pilates class

Thursday afternoons: 12.30pm – 1.30pm

    Many thanks for your interest. Someone from Reception will be in touch to discuss whether yoga or Pilates would be best for you.

    There is a back and core Pilates class on Wednesday morning at 10am and the Wednesday evening class is a more general Pilates session which runs from 7-8.

    If it is your first class, you can come along and try for free. After that, you have the choice of a monthly pass by direct debit or you can pay for a block of lessons in advance to get a discount on the normal class fee.
